1. Initial meeting for slide show presentation, completed references and portfolio viewing.
2. Complete agreement and 50% deposit in order to secure booking.
3. 2 weeks prior to wedding outstanding balance paid, hand over momentos for album.
4. Attend wedding day working to couples agenda.
5. Final meeting 2 weeks after the wedding to hand over album, CD's and negatives.
